Hi, I'm Lucy Werner. I'm a writer, strategist, and advocate for the self-employed community. My mission is to help bring big agency thinking to small businesses.

Truthfully, after my publication was wiped, I did think about renaming.

Because to me, the hype isn't about jazz hands, loud voices, or shouting from rooftops. It can be that. But more often than not, I want you to find the quiet confidence to talk about your work in a way that feels good for you.

As someone who moved from busy agency life in London to becoming a writer in rural Provence, I've walked this talk. I've redefined what success looks like, creating a career that aligns with my values. I know firsthand the mental roadblocks of stepping out alone, and I’m here to help you clear them.

Why Me (Lucy Werner)?

Since I was 17, I’ve worked in PR and some of London’s top creative agencies. In 2014, I started my agency to bring big-agency thinking to solopreneurs.

Today, I am focused on leveraging years of experience as a former agency owner to help people like you here.

And yes, you can google my trophy cabinet. I’ve appeared in major press and podcasts, won awards, secured speaking gigs, and collaborated with brands, but this is my favourite work. I will share everything I’ve learnt about doing it for myself and my clients.
